Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
The short version: She Stacks teaches you about money. It doesn’t manage your money, and it isn’t your financial advisor. What you do with what you learn is your call.
1. Who this agreement is between
These terms are between you and She Stacks (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.
You need to be at least 18 to have an account, and the information you give us needs to be accurate.
2. This is education, not financial advice
This is the most important thing on this page, so it’s not buried at the bottom.
She Stacks provides financial education and tools. It does not provide individualized investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to take any particular action with your money.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax preparer, or law firm, and using this platform does not create a fiduciary or advisory relationship of any kind.
The lessons, calculators, roadmap, and AI features describe how things generally work. They don’t know your full situation. Decisions about your actual money are yours, and for anything significant we genuinely think you should talk to a licensed professional who can look at your whole picture.
3. Your account
Keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has gotten into your account. You’re responsible for what happens under your login.
One account per person. Don’t share a login with other people to give them access to paid material.
4. The information you enter
Everything about your finances in She Stacks is something you typed in. We don’t connect to your bank and we never ask for banking credentials. What we do with what you enter is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Your numbers are only as good as what you enter. Calculators and summaries reflect what you’ve told us, not verified account data.
5. Payment
Some parts of She Stacks may require payment. Prices, what’s included, and billing frequency are shown before you buy.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Refund policy: to be confirmed before launch.
6. What you can and can't do with the content
The lessons, writing, graphics, videos, and tools belong to us. Your subscription buys you personal access to them, not ownership.
Please don’t copy, republish, resell, or redistribute the material, share your login so others can use it, or use it to build a competing product. Screenshotting something for yourself or quoting a line to a friend is fine — we’re talking about wholesale copying.
7. AI features
Ask Honey and Translate This Shit use AI to explain financial concepts. AI can be confidently wrong. Treat what it says as a starting point for understanding, not as a verified fact about your situation, and never as advice about what you personally should do.
Don’t paste account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords into them.
8. Availability
We’ll try to keep the platform running and improving, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change, and material may be added, updated, or removed.
Tax figures, contribution limits, and rules change. We work to keep them current and cite official sources, but you should verify anything that matters at irs.gov or with a professional.
9. Limits on our responsibility
The platform is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for financial losses, lost profits, or other damages arising from your use of it or from decisions you make based on what you learn here.
Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Ending things
You can close your account whenever you want. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, particularly around sharing or redistributing paid material.
Deleting your account deletes your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we’ll let you know. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where She Stacks operates. The specific jurisdiction will be confirmed before launch.
13. Getting in touch
Questions about these terms can go to the contact address listed in the Privacy Policy.
She Stacks provides educational information and tools only. It does not provide individualized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Please consult appropriately licensed professionals regarding your individual circumstances.
